These elegant Trivets were originally designed in 1972 by Gunnar Cyrén, famous throughout the world for his artistic glass creations and silver designs. Trivets were originally made in teak as part of Cyrén's Gourmet Wood range of utility designs for the kitchen and for table setting. The outstanding feature of Trivets is their harmonious design, reflecting Gunnar Cyrén's life-long quest to create innately beautiful utility items.
These iconic trivets are perfect for both everyday meals and more festive occasions. Or display them as a decorative object with a large candle, a plant pot or favourite piece of jewellery.

The Gourmet Wood Trivets are part of a wider Classic collection from Warm Nordic. The Trivets look especially attractive when set upon any of the coffee and side tables from the Compose, Herringbone Tile, Secant and From Above series.
