The Platå Tray is made from a single piece of ash wood. The simple, raised platform offers a dedicated space for displaying possessions. Anderssen & Voll describe the design as ‘a secular relative to an altar … a place for your favourite things.’

Platå’s unique shape takes inspiration from a vintage mitten mould. The asymmetrical gesture of the tray mimics a hand presenting items.

The Maker /

Nedre Foss

Norwegian brand Nedre Foss has cultivated a design direction founded in thoughtful, slow living. A curated set of home objects that are intended to be used and equally appreciated as sculptural pieces to enhance the everyday. Founded on the concept of the 'Century Product', the goal is to create objects that will last for at least 100 years and where utility and sculptural qualities are equal parts of the function.

The Designer /
