When the latest copy of Here Magazine arrived at our door, we were excited to see a feature article on our lovely customer Nicola Manning's home. We were thrilled to see some memorable furniture such as our Rex Kralj CC Dining Table and OMK T1 Armchair beautifully photographed in this Waiheke Island home. We've selected a couple of images from the Here Magazine article, but it's definitely worth a read in full so make sure you pick up the latest edition.
We were also privileged to have our Cirrata Table Lamp by Oblure in this months styled lighting edit, 'Illumination', photographed by Sam Hartnett. A big thank you to Here Magazine and Natalie Parke for including us.
The T1 Armchair began its legacy in 1967 when it was purchased by Sir Terence Conran for his influential contemporary design store ‘Habitat’. It quickly became one of the company's most popular models and ushered in a new era of modern furniture.
Inspired by Bauhaus principles, constructed from tubular steel and upholstered with deluxe coach hide leather the T1 is both lightweight and strong. Today it is regarded as a true British design classic and one of the best examples of post war high-tech design.
