The Bar Stool is, as the N-DC03 Chair, a line extension to the dining chair from an earlier project. The size of the backrest makes the chair more comfortable, while the natural lines in the design, underline the craftsmanship and production skills that have gone into a piece like this.
The N-DC03 bar stool is one of the tailor-made furniture pieces that make up the second collection of Karimoku Case Study, the Minatomirai Cafe collection. The Norm Architects team draw on the natural references of the cafe with its soft and welcoming curves in combination with natural wooden surfaces.

Karimoku Case Study is a contemporary lifestyle brand, based in Japan and born out of admiration and love for serene beauty, material richness and timeless appeal. Inspired by the Case Study Houses, Karimoku Case Study draws on the visionary works of the architects for the iconic, modernist program.
Each of the collections are brought to life by Keiji Ashizawa Design and Norm Architects, through individual cases and the story of each collection is told through its native setting.
Norm Architects was founded in 2008 by Jonas Bjerre-Poulsen and Kasper Rønn. Norm works within residential architecture, commercial interiors, industrial design, photography, graphics and art direction. The name ‘Norm’ signifies the importance of drawing inspiration from norms and traditions within the fields of architecture and aesthetics, which have been refined throughout the centuries.
One of the central values at Good Form is a respect for nature and our planet. We try to avoid trends and consumerism and focus on products that are well crafted from beautiful materials and have a timeless essence. So why launch another brand into a crowded market?
