from 2,795.00

Maker: Ercol
Designer: Matthew Hilton
Year: 2016

Designed with a light touch, the Pero Desk by Matthew Hilton uses a considered collation of modern materials that make the surfaces appear to float. Crafted from solid oak, the silhouette of this contemporary work station pays homage to Ercol’s mid-century heritage with splayed legs supporting an expansive top and concealed storage drawer.

The 'Pero' collection is a striking range of contemporary furniture from award winning British designer Matthew Hilton. The range features an elegant lightness of form, achieved through clean lines and considered materials that make each surface appear to float. Each piece is crafted from sustainably grown solid white oak in Ercol’s cutting edge, eco-friendly factory in Buckinghamshire.

Made by Ercol

Ercol was founded in England in 1920 by a young Italian, Lucian Ercolani. His simple goal was to make furniture that was well designed and made in a good working environment by craftsmen who took real pride in their jobs. Today, Ercol remains a family owned company committed to protecting and sharing its highly celebrated legacy.

Design has always been at the heart of ercol’s rich history – design for comfort, design for function and design for beauty.
